Order Processing

Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on orders above ₹499. For orders below this value, a flat shipping charge of [TO CONFIRM: amount] applies and is shown at checkout before payment.
Important: Aerosol Products
Ride Armor products are supplied in pressurised aerosol cans. Aerosols are classified as restricted goods by most courier networks and are generally shipped by surface transport only. This means:
- Air shipping is not available for these products
- Delivery to certain PIN codes may not be possible
- Delivery times may be longer than for standard parcels
If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
Serviceable Areas
We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate. We cannot change the address once an order has been dispatched. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address, or repeated failed delivery attempts, may be refunded less shipping costs.
Damaged or Missing Items
Check your parcel at the time of delivery. If the packaging is damaged or items are missing, contact us within [TO CONFIRM: number] hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and its contents so we can resolve it quickly.
